Scrawny Squash

I think the farmer who is sending these little summer squash to my market, should get zucchini-growing-lessons from my grandpa.

I have vivid childhood memories of the gigantic zucchini from my grandpa propped up in the garage.  I know they say to not let them grow too large or they just taste like water, but these little things from the store are hardly even a serving size!
