Jeremy’s parents came into town yesterday evening, and brought with them a surprise.
This is the earliest we’ve ever had snow in the five years of living here.
I hope it won’t end my fall gardening plans–think I can still put garlic in?

You can totally still put your garlic in (as long as the ground isn’t frozen). You typically want to plant garlic soon after the first hard frost. Has it been very long since that happened?
Honestly we didn’t have a hard frost first–it just snowed! Glad to hear I can still put it in:-)
